Every trip has been spectacular, educational, and extremely well coordinated by staff and guides. Food, lodging, and “curbside to curbside” customer service have all been excellent! Sharksky helped with hotel arrangements, flights to Galapagos, travel between islands and tours. We are a family of 5: 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 grandparent (age75). The service provided before and during our trip was first class. They set up a private WhatsApp so we could communicate with them and our guides on each island. At Quito and at each island, guides met us at the airport to help with luggage and transport to hotel/tours. We had one point of contact on each island to oversee our itinerary daily. Gustavo in Quito, Aline in San Cristobal, Jess on Isabela and Diego in Santa Cruz - everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, each tour that Sharksky booked for us was very well run with energetic knowledgeable guides. We learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it. Sharksky also helped us pivot when the one hotel (I booked separately from Sharksky) did not meet expectations. Sharksky was able to find us 3 rooms for the remainder of our stay in Santa Cruz during New Year’s Eve! That was quite an accomplishment. I highly recommend Sharksky to fellow travelers. This company treats you like family- you are not just a number. Our tours were all private or small group (max16 ppl) which really allows you to enjoy your time.
